Booking & Process
01How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure availability and allow time for custom design work. For peak seasons (May–June and October–December) or large setups, 6–8 weeks notice is ideal. Last-minute bookings may be possible — reach out and we'll do our best.

02What is your booking process?

It's simple: contact us via the form or Instagram with your event date, type, and ideas → we send a custom quote → a deposit secures your date → we handle all design, sourcing, and setup. Final details confirmed 1 week before your event.

03Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a 35% deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due before the event. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a new date with at least 7 days' notice.

Setup & Delivery
04Do you deliver and set up the décor?

Delivery, full setup, and takedown are included in all packages across the GTA. We arrive before your event to ensure everything is picture-perfect before guests arrive. You don't lift a finger.

05What areas do you serve?

We serve the entire Greater Toronto Area (GTA) — Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Ajax, Pickering, and surrounding areas. Events outside the GTA may carry a travel surcharge.

06How long does setup take?

Setup typically takes 1.5 to 3 hours depending on the package and scale. We coordinate directly with your venue to ensure access and timing. Takedown is arranged for after the event at a pre-agreed time.

07Can I customize a package?

Absolutely. Our packages are starting points. You can swap colors, add elements, or combine add-ons like marquee numbers, neon signs, centrepieces, and more. We'll build a custom quote that matches exactly what you have in mind.

08What types of events do you style?

We specialize in birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, gender reveals, anniversaries, graduations, and corporate events. Whether an intimate gathering or a grand celebration for 200+, we bring the same luxury and detail to every event.

09Are there hidden fees?

Never. What you're quoted is what you pay. Our packages include delivery, setup, and takedown at no extra charge within the GTA. We believe in complete transparency — no surprise invoices after your event.
